Office Operations During the Golden Week Period

Regarding the upcoming Golden Week holidays, I would like to formally notify you of our office schedule and operational capacity to ensure the continuity of our legal services.

■ Office Hours and Public Holidays

Our office strictly observes closures on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. The schedule for this period is as follows:

• Business as Usual: April 27–28, April 30, May 1, and regular operations resuming from May 7.

• Office Closures: April 29 and May 4–6.

■ Correspondence During Closures

During the holiday sessions, our office will provide assistance on a case-by-case basis for:

• Active cases or consultations previously arranged.

• Urgent legal matters (subject to situational assessment).

■ Thai Support Staff Leave Notice

Please be advised that our Thai language support will be unavailable from May 2 to May 11. For matters requiring Thai language assistance, we recommend contacting us prior to this period.

■ External Engagement

On May 9th, I am scheduled to attend the Opening Ceremony of the Thai Festival along with our Thai staff. Should you be attending the event, please feel free to approach us for a brief greeting.
